The Ashley Ruffle Tank  is a cropped ruffle tank with spaghetti straps. The adjustable straps tie at the shoulders for strap length flexibility. The top is smocked using elastic thread making the top flexible and stretchy. The Ashley Ruffle Tank is made of pink and red heart cotton shirting.
