REFUNDS, RETURNS, AND EXCHANGES
You can start a return for a full refund on full price CoolGirl orders within 30 days of receiving your order. Custom items cannot be returned.
How to start a return

Return conditions
- Items must be unworn and in their original condition with the tags still attached
- Items with stains, makeup marks, perfume or any other smells or marks are not eligible for return
- Items must be returned in their original packaging
- Orders that used a promotional discount code can be returned unless the item is marked final sale
Return timing
You must start your return within 30 days of receiving your order. Once your return is approved, please ship it back to us within 14 days.
Please note
- Sale items that were not part of a promotional code cannot be returned
- You are responsible for return shipping if you simply change your mind about an order
Refunds
Once we receive your return we will process your refund within 2 to 5 business days. Refunds go back to your original payment method. Please allow another 2 to 6 business days for the refund to show up in your account.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges if your item arrived damaged or broken, or if you would like a different size or color. For size or color exchanges you are responsible for the cost of shipping the new item. If your item arrived damaged or broken we cover the shipping.
Incorrect or damaged items
If we send you the wrong item or your item arrives damaged, email a photo to coolgirlclothesco@gmail.com right away and we will make it right, including covering return shipping.
