The Rebecca Ruffle Skirt is a low waisted mini skirt with a low rise yoke and gathered lower ruffle tier adding volume to the hipline. The skirt closes at the side seam with elastic loops and buttons. The Rebecca Ruffle Skirt is made of a black and white gingham silk shantung with black acrylic buttons.
